Rabih is a seasoned leader who played key roles at blue chip, private equity and family owned companies. He has successfully executed major transformational changes and delivered on key business objectives throughout his career working for GE, BMI Group, and Brand Energy including their parent companies and local partners in MEA & SEA. In his early career, Rabih spent 10 years with GE, where he held multiple roles across the power generation, energy management, and oil and gas, and contributed over $10B of turnover, in Iraq repowering, TANAP pipeline in Turkey, technology transfer agreement with Iraqi Ministry of Electricity, Basra Gas Company (Shell JV), as well as many multi-year agreements across the region with Aramco, QP, ADNOC, Lukoil, BP, CNPC, SABIC & SEC and was the first to secure a Services 2.0 with Lukoil & Shell focusing on Remote Monitoring & Diagnostics for rotating machine in Iraq. After GE, he went on to lead Clayton, Dubilier and Rice Private Equity businesses across the MEA and SEA to drive growth, process improvement in preparation for the exit to Brookfield Asset Management which was successfully executed based on achieved profitability. He then joined Standard Industries to focus on BMI Group localization through a JV with Sheikh Khaled Juffali, in greenfield and brownfield investments that serve the MEA region, as the P&L leader for GCC and Jordan focusing on tripling the turnover.
